Rates and Pricing

All shipping rates displayed on the platform are indicative and subject to change based on carrier availability, operational conditions, and applicable surcharges. Final rates are confirmed upon booking.

Payment Terms

Payments must be completed in accordance with the agreed payment terms before shipment processing, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Role of Live Freight

Live Freight acts as a digital logistics facilitator and does not operate as a carrier unless explicitly stated.

Cancellations and Modifications

Any shipment modification or cancellation is subject to carrier policies and may result in additional charges.

Transit Times

Estimated transit times are provided for reference only and do not constitute a delivery guarantee.

Force Majeure

Live Freight shall not be held responsible for delays or service failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or transport disruptions.
