Logistics Terms & Conditions
Below are the service-specific Terms & Conditions applicable to bookings and quotations. Validity, availability, and operational timelines may vary based on carriers, ports, and official authorities.
Ocean Freight
Booking confirmation is subject to space and equipment availability.
Booking must be prepaid.
Containers assignment & pickup: 3 working days before the cutoff.
Vessel arrival date and transit time are estimates and may change due to weather, port delays, or operational reasons.
Rates are based on non-IMO & non-DGR cargo unless otherwise requested.
IMO & DGR rates are available upon request.
Rates cover ocean freight only unless other services are requested.
Bulk cargo stuffing is not acceptable.
THC is subject to change according to currency exchange rate.
Rates are valid until the end of the month unless stated otherwise.
Gate-in and customs certificate completion must be done 1 working day before the cutoff.
In-land Transportation
Cargo must be properly lashed and secured.
Rates exclude taxes.
Rates exclude any official receipts.
Loading/unloading at your site: maximum 8 hours.
In case of delays in loading/unloading, extra charges apply:
2,000 EGP for up to 12 hours
3,500 EGP for overnight delays
This rate does not include inland insurance.
Customs Clearance
Rates are valid until the end of the month unless stated otherwise.
Offer is subject to the availability of all documents required by customs authorities.
Offer applies to general and chemical cargo, maximum 5 items per shipment.
This offer becomes an official contract once you confirm by sending the first work order.
Customer acknowledges responsibility to pay all official receipts including (but not limited to):
storage
demurrage
clearance receipts
trucking receipts
any other official receipts required to proceed with the order
Rates exclude taxes.
Rates exclude any official receipts.
Door-to-Door Services
Booking is subject to space and equipment availability under prepaid terms.
Vessel arrival date and transit time are estimated and subject to variation.
Gate-in and customs certificate completion must be done 1 working day before the cutoff.
Offer is subject to the availability of all documents required by customs authorities.
Offer applies to general and chemical cargo, maximum 5 items per shipment.
This offer becomes an official contract once you confirm by sending the first work order.
Customer acknowledges responsibility to pay all official receipts including storage, demurrage, clearance & trucking receipts, and any other official receipts required to proceed with the order.
Rates exclude taxes.
