Responsibilities


  • Generate and develop new customer opportunities.
  • Contact, qualify, and follow up with assigned leads.
  • Receive freight RFQs and collect complete shipment details.
  • Coordinate with the Pricing Executive to prepare quotations.
  • Send quotations and follow up with customers.
  • Convert quotations into confirmed bookings.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Update CRM records and opportunity status accurately.
  • Record lost reasons and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate handovers with the Operations team.
  • Support collection follow-up when required.
  • Ensure all commercial activities are properly documented.

Must Have


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or B2B sales.
  • Good understanding of sea freight, air freight, land freight, and international shipping.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer shipping requirements.
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Nice to Have


  • Experience with Odoo ERP or similar CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of customs clearance and international trade procedures.
  • Existing network of importers, exporters, or freight customers.
  • Understanding of freight pricing and gross profit concepts.
  • Experience managing strategic customer accounts.
