We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Odoo Software Developer to join our technology-driven team. The position requires strong expertise in both backend and frontend development, with a focus on system performance, UI/UX enhancement, and seamless integration across multiple business processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and high-quality Odoo solutions.

Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development (backend & frontend).
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, XML, QWeb, HTML, and CSS.
- Solid understanding of Odoo architecture, ORM, workflows, and security.
- Experience with PostgreSQL database management.
- Familiarity with Git version control.
Nice to have
- Experience with Odoo deployment and production environments
- Experience integrating third-party applications with Odoo
- Knowledge of Linux server environments
- Experience working in ERP-driven or multi-industry environments
Backend
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Python logic for automation and server-side operations.
- Optimize database performance, structure, and system security.
- Integrate Odoo with external systems using APIs and web services.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve backend issues efficiently.
Frontend
Responsibilities
- Customize Odoo web interfaces using XML, JavaScript, and QWeb.
- Implement responsive and user-friendly UI/UX designs.
- Customize website and eCommerce modules to align with branding needs.
- Optimize database performance, structure, and system security.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to analyze business requirements.
- Document technical specifications, module updates, and development processes.
