We are seeking a creative, dynamic, and results-driven Marketing Executive with a strong focus on digital marketing to design, implement, and optimize impactful marketing strategies within the shipping and logistics sector. The role focuses on strengthening brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and actively supporting sales objectives through content creation, digital advertising, analytics, and consistent brand communication across all platforms.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing (logistics or shipping experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn) Highly creative and autonomous.
  • Excellent content writing skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
  • Proficiency in Odoo website management or similar CMS.
  • Strong analytical mindset with performance optimization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

  • Experience in logistics, shipping, or related industries.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Experience using CRM systems Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in lead generation and sales support campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute digital and field marketing campaigns for the logistics industry.
  • Plan seasonal promotions and campaigns for new service destinations.
  • Coordinate with marketing agencies on campaign execution.
  • Write professional content for the website, service pages, emails, and pitch decks.
  • Create targeted marketing messages to support the sales team.
  • Publish articles, blogs, and case studies to position the company as a logistics thought leader.
  • Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with ROI optimization.
  • Target key customer segments through LinkedIn outreach.
  • Run email marketing campaigns and manage subscriber lists.
  • Manage company social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.
  • Create and publish engaging content to grow audience reach.
  • Update and manage the company website via Odoo.
  • Improve UI/UX to enhance user experience.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance
  • Participate in logistics exhibitions and networking events.
  • Prepare marketing materials, brochures, and event displays
