We are looking for a practical, data-driven, and execution-focused Digital Marketing & CRM Growth Executive to manage social media activities, organize and segment leads inside the CRM, support lead retargeting campaigns, and collaborate closely with the commercial team to convert digital inquiries into qualified sales opportunities

Responsibilities


Social Media Management

  • Manage the company’s social media platforms professionally.
  • Prepare and execute monthly content plans aligned with the company’s comercial objectives.
  • Create content ideas related to freight forwarding, logistics, shipping services, customer problems, and service solutions.
  • Write clear and business-focused captions, posts, and campaign messages.
  • Coordinate with designers or use available tools to prepare visual content.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries and ensure they are captured properly in the CRM.
  • Convert social media activity into measurable lead generation opportunities.
  • Track social media performance and provide weekly performance insights.

CRM Tagging & Lead Organization

  • Organize all incoming leads inside the CRM system.
  • Create and maintain a clear CRM tagging structure.
  • Classify leads based on source, service interest, lead stage, urgency, and commercial status.
  • Ensure every lead is properly tagged, updated, and ready for follow-up.
  • Clean and segment old lead databases for reactivation campaigns.
  • Support the commercial team by maintaining accurate lead information and lead status.

Suggested CRM tag categories include:

  • Source: Facebook, LinkedIn, Website, WhatsApp, Referral, Campaign
  • Service Interest: Sea Freight, Air Freight, Customs Clearance, Trucking, Logistics
  • Lead Stage: New, Contacted, Qualified, Quoted, Follow-up, Lost, Won
  • Lead Temperature: Hot, Warm, Cold
  • Action Required: Call Back, Send Offer, Retarget, No Response, Reconnect

Lead Retargeting & Reactivation

  • Work closely with the commercial team to identify old, inactive, lost, or unconverted leads.
  • Segment leads based on previous interaction, service interest, and conversion potential.
  • Prepare retargeting messages for WhatsApp, email, SMS, and social media campaigns.
  • Build follow-up sequences for different lead segments.
  • Reactivate old leads and move qualified opportunities back to the commercial pipeline.
  • Track reactivation results and improve messaging based on response rates.
  • Ensure qualified leads are handed over to the sales team with clear notes and context.

Commercial Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate regularly with the sales and business development team.
  • Understand why leads are not converting and translate this feedback into retargeting actions.
  • Support the sales team with follow-up content, service messages, and customer reactivation campaigns.
  • Track the lead journey from inquiry to quotation and from quotation to booking.
  • Help improve the quality of leads delivered to the commercial team.
  • Provide weekly feedback on lead quality, conversion issues, and improvement opportunities.

Backlinks & Off-Page SEO

  • Research and identify relevant backlink opportunities.
  • Support off-page SEO activities to improve the company’s digital visibility.
  • Submit the company profile to relevant business directories, logistics directories, and industry platforms.
  • Coordinate guest posting or listing opportunities where applicable.
  • Monitor backlink quality and avoid harmful or low-quality sources.
  • Provide monthly reporting on backlink activities and referral traffic impact.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare weekly reports covering social media activity, lead generation, CRM tagging progress, retargeting performance, and commercial handover.
  • Track the performance of lead reactivation campaigns.
  • Monitor digital lead sources and identify the best-performing channels.
  • Highlight issues, opportunities, and recommended actions.
  • Maintain simple dashboards or tracking sheets for management visibility.

Must Have


  • 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing or CRM.
  • Experience managing social media and lead generation.
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems and lead management.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and backlinks.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Good command of English.

Nice to Have


  • Experience in B2B marketing.
  • Experience with Odoo or CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding or logistics.
  • Experience with Meta Ads or Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with email marketing and automation.
