This role requires strong leadership, commercial insight, and deep expertise in logistics, freight forwarding, and international trade to guide the company toward continued success and competitive growth.

Must Have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience (preferably in logistics, shipping, or trading).
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding, customs regulations, and international trade laws.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, business growth, and financial management.
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work under pressure.
Nice to have
- Experience leading multi-branch or international operations.
- Experience working with boards of directors and shareholders.
- Strong background in digital transformation and ERP-driven environments.
- Exposure to international markets and global trade networks.
Responsibilities
- Define, communicate, and execute the company’s vision, mission, and strategic goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
- Lead business development across logistics, freight forwarding, and trading services.
- Ensure strong competitive positioning in local and international markets Master demos of our software.
- Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
- Manage financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure profitability and growth targets are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and financial requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire department heads and teams to achieve company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and government authorities.
- Report company performance to the Board of Directors and recommend improvement plans.
- Represent the company in industry events, business forums, and global trade networks.
