Job Requirements


  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in logistics, business, economics, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a freight forwarder.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong attention to detail with the capacity for analytical thinking.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Reporting and Presentation: Proficient in preparing reports and delivering presentations.
  • Teamwork: Enthusiastic and proactive team player.
  • Coordination Skills: Strong coordination abilities among various work groups and different organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities


  • Customer Support: Provide 24/7 assistance to clients, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.


  • Pricing and Route Optimization: Research and identify the most cost-effective shipping routes and pricing options to enhance operational efficiency.


  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with shipping lines, co-loaders, and agents to facilitate seamless logistics operations.


  • Rate Negotiation: Solicit and evaluate carrier rates, comparing them to ensure competitive pricing and optimal service levels.


  • Agent Coordination: Request and assess rates from destination or origin agents, ensuring alignment with company standards and customer expectations.


  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align logistics strategies with promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives.


  • Shipment Tracking: Monitor shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery and verifying the accuracy and validity of all associated documentation.
